A few students asked me what the mentorship is about. I’ve always told them, our aim is to change lives for the better. If you joined us without any properties, and at the end of our mentorship, you have bought 2 or 3, plus bought well (IRR > 15%), we would be very happy for you. So far our exciting journey has brought us this far….

Portfolio Builder Programme

Our Portfolio Builder programme includes the following end to end services:

  • We agree with the Investor the search criteria
  • We shortlist properties based on our searches
  • We arrange multiple viewings of those properties that meet the criteria set
  • We provide full video tours, photos and detailed feedback to the Investor
  • We make offers on suitable properties through the agents
  • We negotiate the purchase price with the vendor through the agent
  • We set up the investor’s UK company & bank account
  • We guide the investor throughout the entire conveyancing process, while also introducing them to our partners
  • We assist the investor in arranging finance and insurance and introduce them to our partners
  • We assist the investor in instructing an independent surveys and valuations
  • We introduce the investor to our trusted lettings managers
  • We provide project management for renovation works (if required)

Mentorship Programme

Our 12 sessions of Mentorship a year will be conducted once every month, 01 hour per session.

  • Mentorship 7:

Process Agent

The role of the process agent is to accept legal proceedings on behalf of a party that has submitted to the jurisdiction of the English courts but does not have a registered office within the jurisdiction.

E&O Property Investments are well placed to act as the process agent for our overseas clients if required and regularly act in this capacity for many of our customers who use mortgage finance.

We charge a minimal fee to act as a process agent and this covers all shareholders of a UK Ltd company who require the service. This includes the preparation of an appointment letter and a letter confirming the appointment to your lender as well as the ongoing annual service.
