Jeffrey is a veteran in the financial industry, with 23 years of experience. He has been an equity research analyst for 3 years, covering Chinese companies listed in SGX, and HK listed companies in the consumer industry. He has has a stint in the corporate banking industry for 5 years, covering real estate syndication and technology companies. Notable projects that he has done is the debt issuance of CapitaMall Asia. For 15 years, he has served in the investment advisory function in wealth management, covering private equity, hedge funds, unit trusts, bonds, equities and forex. On his own, he has a portfolio of eight investment properties; two in Singapore, two in London, one in Birmingham, one in Manchester, one in Brisbane and one in Melbourne, In joint ventures, he has another one in London, one in Glasgow, one in Birmingham. Total value of his property portfolio in gross assets in SGD 9 million. Jeffrey is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (SFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Josh is based in Nottingham, UK. His background is in Civil Engineering and infrastructure Asset Management. He bought his first investment property in 2009 while he was studying at Loughborough University, managing to rent out the spare rooms to his mates and provide a passive income for himself. From then on he has continued to invest in professional let properties in Birmingham and flips in his local area of Nottingham. More recently, Josh has moved into HMO conversions and flip deals all across the UK. He has developed strong relationship with investors, sourcing agents and tradespeople across the UK, and is an active member of numerous property networks. He is Jeff’s cousin and has successfully completed a flip and HMO property under a Joint Venture with Eugene and Jeff. He has learnt a lot from surrounding himself with experienced professionals and is looking forward to help others on their property investing journey.

Eugene is based in Singapore, and has been in Marine Offshore & Project Management, for 9 years. He has handled $700 million worth of projects in operation, both locally and overseas. In Jun 2019, he attended the Rich Dad Poor Dad Property Courses and has built a wide network of trusted sourcers and builders in the UK. He has encouraged, supported and motivated numerous family members and friends to kickstart their financial freedom plan. He strongly believes that building wealth will lead to having more time with the important things in life, such as family and health. On his own, he has a portfolio of One Rent to Rent in Leicester and one HMO in the Nottinghamshire. He is in JV (Titanium Synergy Ltd) with Jeffrey & Josh, which includes one in Glasgow (Flip) – completed & exited, and one HMO in Birmingham – in progress.

Desmond is based in Singapore. His background is in accounting and real estate. He has audit experience for companies listed in Singapore and MNCs. He also has investment & asset management experience in a REIT environment (CapitaLand Mall Trust) where he analysed financial & operational performances of portfolio and other retail funds at property level using financial & asset models. On his own, he has one investment property in Singapore. In joint ventures, his family has a portfolio of four investment properties; one in Birmingham, one in Reading, one in Manchester and one in Derby. Desmond met Jeffrey when he attended Jeffrey’s short-term course on both B4R Strategy and Singapore Enbloc Strategy. Desmond is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
